**Job Details**
- The position sits within one of our Business As Usual (BAU) documentation teams. Positions can cover all of the following:

- ISDA & CSA
- Prime Brokerage & Clearing
- Repo - GMRA, MRA
- Sec Lending - GMSLA, MSLA
- EFET, CDEA, ACA
- Full integration into client BAU teams and direct negotiation with client counterparties.
- Contributing to the supervision and oversight of junior negotiators.
- Acting as a point of escalation within the team and assisting with training as appropriate.
- Liaising with the trading desks, credit & risk management teams as well as internal and external counsel.
- Conducting legal capacity and authority reviews as well as netting & collateral due diligence checks.
- Ensuring regulatory adherence as necessary (e.g. MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR ,UMR).
- Building and maintaining client and counterparty relationships and ensuring timely execution of all trading documentation.
- Participating in ad-hoc projects to promote document integrity, internal policy and regulatory compliance.

**Required Experience**
- Minimum of two years’ experience in any of the above mentioned trading documentation areas.
- Exposure to Banking and Financial Services Regulation, preferably in a remediation context.
- Language skills (preferably French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese) are desirable.

- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to supervise and lead others.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail to perform a QA role.
