Job Profile:
Reeds Rains in Selby are looking for a highly motivated experienced Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales team.

This branch is part of **National Home Move** who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times

Industry experience is required for this position

In return we offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20,000- £25,000 per annum
- Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota
- Pension Scheme
- Career Progression

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**

**The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
