Plumbing & Heating Supervisor

Builders Merchant Company Ltd is an independent merchant with 4 branches across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, with ambitions for future growth and development of further branches. You will be tasked with establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base, achieving branch sales targets and increasing business opportunities. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and the opportunity of progression within a growing independent merchant.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will required to take a pro-active approach to liaising with both existing and potential customers
- Able to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, maximising sales potential at all times
- Attracting new clients and ensuring ongoing development of the company through sales
- Monitoring sales and customer performance against targets
- Building and developing positive customer relations and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
- Stock replenishment and stock management across the P&H department
- You must be an excellent negotiator, have good communication skills, be confident and enthusiastic.

Branch opening hours: 42.5 hours per week - 07.30-17.00 Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 7.30-12.00
