Floor Walker

Motivated, Hard Working Arcade Assistant Urgently Required for a busy seaside Family Entertainments Centre in Whitley Bay, Serve Customers by completing cash transactions, maintaining security, general cleaning and day to day running of Family Entertainments Centre. The hours are 18 + hours per week, The arcade is open seven days per week and shifts are based on a rota to facilitate this. Cover for sickness and holidays may be required occasionally, Skills/Qualifications:Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Dependability. **MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18**

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Ensure that all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently
- Monitor the floor to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Address any issues or concerns raised by guests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
