**Site General Manager**

**Oxfordshire**

**Upto £90k + car + excellent benefits**

Our client is a leading 3PL in the UK and we are delighted to assist them in their search for a Site General Manager, to be based at their multi-temperature site in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Reporting into the Operations Director, you will take full accountability of this busy flagship operation, managing both Warehouse and Transport with a management team of 4 Direct Reports and a multi-million pound budget.

**The role of Site General Manager**:

- To lead the Site team to achieve all operational KPIs and SLAs
- To lead all current and future site projects, delivering on time and in full.
- Ensure the completion of all auditable functions / records required by the Company such as Health and Safety Compliance
- Lead operational team meetings with Senior Management team
- To ensure that discipline procedures are followed as required by the company
- Drive a programme of continuous improvement across all areas of the site, ensuring people engagement
- Previous experience of managing large teams within a large FMCG distribution centre
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to set and manage budgets
- Excellent track record in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 5s)
- You will be able to lead your teams though a combination of KPIs and hands-on presence, helping the operation to drive through continuous improvement.
