We are a small established family company serving customers for more than eighteen years, specialising in commercial catering equipment spares, parts and accessories. A S Catering Supplies is based in New Milton, Hampshire.
- Assisting the Accounts Supervisor with posting of purchase ledger invoices.
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for our two person warehouse team. The ladies in our downstairs warehouse pack and wrap items ready for dispatch and then invoice the customers. Some manual handling is required but most of our parcels are small.
- Creating quotes for customers, liaising with suppliers obtaining up-to-date prices.
- Assisting with the processing of web orders.
- Raising purchase orders with regular communication with suppliers.
- General office duties and administration.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy.

This is a very varied role across departments which offers experience in various roles.
- excellent attention to detail.
- a good telephone manner.
- previous office experience an advantage but not essential.

Our Cockapoo comes to work so animal lovers especially welcome.

Flexible start date.
