We are looking for a passionate employee to join our Care Quality team and be an ambassador and an extension of our family. You’ll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of quality care provided.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Adopt a Carer and Service User first approach in all that you do, continually looking to improve how we administer and deliver care in our communities.
- Carry out initial Introductory visits, promoting the company to successfully on-board new Clients, both private and council funded.
- Visit new Clients to conduct initial assessments
- Sell the companies service passionately
- Develop, formulate and deliver Care Plans
- Conduct regular reviews with Clients to ensure that their Care Plan is meeting their needs and update as required
- Conduct Supervisions and Spot-Checks
- Be on-call as required
- audit and action oversight
- client and staff induction
- investigation of complaints
- governance auditing
**Background and Skills**:
- Experience in Care Planning essential
- Previous experience in quality of care position would be beneficial
- Experience conducting Client Introductory visits
- Previous experience as a Care Quality lead would be beneficial
- Ideally SVQ 3 qualified
- Registered with the SSSC
