We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our team in Queensferry to gain a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Manufacturing Operations.

This is an exciting 12 month Apprenticeship, where you will develop the practical skills and theory required to become a competent member of our production team. You will learn how to perform manufacturing operations. The course will be on site at Queensferry and the assessments will be completed on site.

The apprenticeship is run in conjunction with Coleg Cambria.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- To prepare test samples and test finished products prior to release.
- Control of non-conforming products.
- Use QA tools and techniques - test methods & data recording.
- Support complaint analysis
- through testing and involvement with Root Cause Analysis.
- Support day to day functions in the lab (Calibration/maintenance of equipment).
- Support main line operations - process equipment set up/running.
- Support main line operations - data recording/ labeling.
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping standards in areas of operation.
- Ensures that all systems of work, procedures and work instructions are adhered to and safe working conditions are applied at all times to minimise accidents.
- Contribute to CI (continuous improvement).

**Requirements**:
5 GCSES (Ideally C or above).
