It's an exciting time for us here at Beth Tweddle Gymnastics and Gymfinity Kids, we are looking for Coaches from all sporting backgrounds to join our National Curriculum Programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company with progression routes offered and the freedom to share all your ideas on what we can do better.

The hours needed are;
Various across Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

**Who we are and our Story**:
Beth Tweddle Gymnastics and Gymfinity Kids are the UK’s leading provider in activity-based clubs.

Our National Curriculum Programme brings our Gymnastics classes into the UKs schools. Our programme allows thousands of children to learn and enjoy fitness through gymnastics, whilst our fully qualified coaches deliver CPD training to primary school teachers.

**Responsibilities of the role**:
Ø To be an ambassador for our policies and procedures which are written in line with our Colleague handbook and safety standards.

Ø To participate in the planning and development of our Gymnastics and Ninja activities, enabling our customers to reach their potential and learning goals.

Ø Communicate with teachers and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Ø Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.

Ø Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.

Ø Be a role model for customer service at all times to both members and prospects.

Ø Maintain cleanliness of the facilities for a great customer experience.

Ø Participate and contribute to regular staff meetings.

Ø Help to create an environment where all colleagues enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.

Ø Undertake any other reasonable duties and attend meetings, which may be required from time to time.

**About you**:
Ø Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications. (Level 2 or above in coaching is essential for this role. If you don’t hold a qualification we can provide this through our internal accredited qualification programme)

Ø Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or similar sport (preferred but not essential).

Ø Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.

Ø A passion for working with and developing children.

Ø Confidence leading small and large groups.

Ø Confidence liaising with teachers and customers.

Ø Excellent customer service skills.

Ø A desire to learn and develop within the role.

Ø Availability to work between the hours of 8am up to 5pm.

**Salary and benefits**

Ø £10.42 - £12.00 per hour

Ø 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

- This position may interest you if have previously worked in a coaching setting as a gymnastics coach, parkour coach, ninja coach, sports coach, PE assistant, PE teacher, fitness trainer, fitness coach._

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
