We are currently recruiting for a **Data and Document Controller **to join our Marketing team in** Sittingbourne, Kent.**

**In a nutshell...**

The Data and Document Controller will work with the marketing and technical functions of the commercial team, to ensure that appropriate product, system and performance data is both up to date and visible across all appropriate systems inline with group, and regulatory frameworks.

**Duties for the Data and Document Controller include**:

- Control of all product marketing and technical data points, integrated into a master file.
- Coordination of product data for EPIM and SAP systems.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of data sets and systems in Planner Suite, including management of change processes,
- Control of documentation into the Knauf Document Management System.
- Responsible for the upkeep of all technical and marketing data across all 3rd party digital platforms such as NBS, or customer portals.
- Work alongside the Product Management Team in the creation of data specific documents such as Declaration of Performances and Technical Data Sheets.
- Creation and upkeep of product data audit, and roadmap to completion
- Inform business as to customer requirements for data (now and in the future) through insights activity.
