Job Overview: We are seeking a talented baker and cake decorator to join our team. As part of the role you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our customers. If you have a passion for baking and a creative flair, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake cakes according to recipes and customer specifications
- Decorate cakes using various techniques such as piping, fondant, and icing
- Create custom designs and decorations based on customer requests
- Ensure that all cakes are finished and presented in an attractive manner
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during the entire cake preparation process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of cakes
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Clean and maintain cake decorating tools and equipment

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Strong creativity and artistic skills for cake decoration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
