Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the One Hundred Shoreditch Rooftop Bar. As the F&B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our rooftop bar, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in one of the most sought-after locations in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar, including but not limited to, guest service, staff management, and inventory control- Lead and motivate a team of waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and support staff to deliver exceptional service- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate expectations, menu changes, and special promotions- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively- Assist in training and development of new staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items, service standards, and hotel policies- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rooftop bar area, including overseeing setup and breakdown procedures- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special functions- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stock rotation- Handle cash handling procedures and reconciliation of daily sales reports
