A leading, highly successful and growing Top 10 accountancy practice is looking to bolster its growing team with the addition of a qualified ACCA/ACA Audit Manager in a role offering excellent progression potential and career advancement prospects.

**Client Details**:
This leading Top 10 Birmingham Firm provides a full suite of services to a wide-ranging client base across corporates, professional practices, non-profit organisations, PE and VC backed and private clients. The firm provides a range of assurance and businessservices to a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses and start-ups to substantial international groups. Their client portfolio includes businesses from a variety of different industry sectors, both private and publicly listed businesses with afocus in the East & West Midlands, primarily on mid-corporates, private clients and professionals. With on-going growth and positive developments in the firm, you will have opportunity to progress in your career.

**Description**:
Joining the team in Birmingham as a Qualified Manager, you take responsibility for the delivery of audit services to a wide ranging, varied and challenging client base. The firm is growing and planning for future developments and therefore the business isseeking individuals, who are career focused and looking to progress in their careers, gaining more responsibility, client contact and scope for involvement in project work, with potential for involvement across other discipline areas.

**Profile**:
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong background in audit, with demonstrable audit and accounts experience gained within a recognisable professional services firm, based environment as an Audit Senior / Executive etc. Your experience will have beengained in any of Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent firm background. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients, experience of supervising others and delegation of work, along withorganisational skills.
