Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Warden to join our Estates team.

**What you’ll achieve in the role**:
The overall purpose of this role is to provide a visible presence and a wide range of estate services, liaising between Raven tenants, leaseholders and the wider community. Key responsibilities include:

- Looking after communal areas of Raven property, performing general technical tasks and maintaining a safe environment.
- Making a real difference to the quality of residents’ lives, seeking their views about community issues and helping reduce fear of crime and anti-social behaviour.
- Developing good working relationships with partner organisations and other key agencies.

**What you’ll bring to Raven**:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Experience of maintaining grounds and properties, with ability to tackle general maintenance tasks.
- Experience of working within local communities, treating everyone fairly and courteously and showing equal consideration, respect and understanding of their needs.
- Ability to deal effectively with challenging behaviour

A driving licence is essential for this role as you will be required to drive a Raven vehicle.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
