I am looking for a HR Data Systems SME with a strong background maintaining data framework such as key processes and training to join our client, BAE Systems, in Preston.
As a Subject Matter Expert within the HR Data Systems team, you will play a key part in ensuring that our Data Framework is maintained to the required standards including ownership of key processes and training material. SuccessFactors is the primary focusof this role although the ownership of processes and training materials will extend to other downstream systems reliant on SF HR data and where the HRIS Data team are required to manage data or investigate data or system behaviour issues.
The job holder will support the HR Data Systems Manager in the provision of specialist knowledge and guidance to a range of stakeholders around data integrity principles, employee data and new systems/interface design.
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR Data Systems Manager in activities / projects which require the capture of key actions, requirements and/or the design of new services, and translate the outcome into action plans with agreed timescales.
- Be responsible for educating and supporting the HR Data Systems team on changes to the services / processes including the production of documentation to support required training.
- Manage stakeholder expectations in terms of key deliverables.
- Develop a good understanding of the area of responsibility and associated processes and create a toolkit / catalogue of SME information through the capture of knowledge, expertise and associated key contacts.
- Represent the HR Data Systems Manager as required, and act as an escalation point for complex queries or issues, providing solutions to internal and external stakeholders or, understanding how solutions can be provided.
- Demonstrate an ability to understand when to escalate matters for senior input.
- Develop and mature relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to build knowledge of system integrations, the structure of SF data and the consequence of adding or amending SuccessFactors data incorrectly.
- Have a broad understanding of the team service metrics, be able to interrogate the output and deliver the results to any audience.
- Develop a good understanding of the governance and statutory compliance requirements and data integrity principles.
- Identify and undertake investigations into issues / discrepancies with processes and / or systems.
- Support the development, testing and delivery of systems and processes for adoption within HR Data Systems and/or across the wider business.
- Awareness of the exposure to sensitive data and information necessary to perform the role and due consideration to the level of confidentially required.
- Ensure robust governance and control is adhered to in respect of all data received and sent, and there are the appropriate levels of validation / peer review at all times.
- Support external data audits.
- Ensure all changes follow the Change Management framework and inputs and outputs to/from that process are fully impact assessed.
- Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies.
- Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate the ability to flex and adapt in line with business priorities.

- Knowledge of Data Quality.
- A recognised Service Excellence accreditation.
- Good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, PowerPoint, Process Mapping.
