Audio Typist

Job title: BAND 2 AUDIO TYPIST
Contract: Temp role - start date ASAP to 8 weeks
Location Frimley
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Audio Typist looking for your next role?
We have a great opportunity, you must have proven audio typing experience as will be using the old foot pedal audio machinery so must have a background in using this equipment

Your role will be to type clinic / discharge summary memory cards in chronological order / or
according to priority determined by Service Manager
Your day to day duties will include:
" To ensure that any dictation given priority by the Service Manager is typed
" accordingly
" To ensure letters are typed on the appropriate headed paper, or on the
" correct templates
" To liaise with the Medical Secretaries should any problems occur with the
" memory cards
" To ensure that the correct number of copies are printed for both NHS and
" MDHU letters

Essential ID:
British passport or full birth certificate paired with driving license/provisional
2x proof of address (eg: bank statement, council tax, utility bill)
1x proof of NI (eg: NI card, payslip, HMRC letter)
