Our Client is an Internationally renowned manufacturer of fibre optic and bespoke cabling to the Oil & Gas and Construction Sectors.

As a market leader, they have experienced significant growth in to new markets. To underpin this, they are looking for Sales Support Assistants to manage their client relationships.

These roles are based in prestigious high end offices in the heart of London. Working within a small, highly experienced team. This role report to the Sales Manager & General Manager.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Log all enquiries on to the Salesforce (CRM) system.
- Ensure all enquiries/leads are responded to in a timely & professional manner.
- Provide activity and query reports to the Sales Manager as requested.
- Manage all sales related administration.

As the role develops there is the option to manage key clients, to spearhead new business development opportunities in the UK and possibly internationally. To attend trade fairs throughout the UK, or move into Field Sales. Full training will be given ontheir products and Salesforce CRM (if required).

**Essential skills;**
- Previous experience in within sales, customer relationship management, or B2B role.
- Significant experience of a CRM system (ideally Salesforce).
- Experience of social media utilised for business (Linkedin, Chatbox, Lead forensics etc).
- First class communication skills both written and spoken.
- Someone who can work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Calm, confident demeanour

**Desirable;**
- Experience of Salesforce (CRM)
- 2nd European language
