Controlled Solutions Group (CSG), formerly known as Special Projects Security, was founded in 1989 in direct response to the Government’s call for improvements in safety at football grounds in the wake of the Hillsborough disaster and the ensuing Taylor Report.

We provide highly trained, accredited and licensed safety and security personnel to the sports, leisure and entertainment industry.

Do you hold an SIA Door Supervisor license? We are currently recruiting for SIA Door Supervisors at CSG. You will be working the MUFC football home games, events and many more other exciting events in other venues. Whether you’re looking for lots of work or just a handful of shifts, our casual contract offers you great flexibility. However, you must be able to work some Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday shifts (but not necessarily every week) It will remain your decision as to whether or not you wish to accept any offer of work in line with our flexible casual contract.

You will be required to produce your SIA badge, 5-year work history and a valid standard or enhanced DBS.

**Salary**: From £14.30 per hour

Work Location: In person Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Check identification and enforce access control policies
- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- Valid security license or certification
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and handle potential conflicts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
