This role is a hybrid role with two days in the studio with the team in Somerset and three days work from home. Occasional in person client meeting will be held and you may need to be available for these too.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes PPC and SEO to join our clients small but fast growing digital team in their integrated agency.
You will be managing your own workflow and producing work.
Developing, implementing, tracking and optimising digital campaigns across a number of disciplines for their clients
You should have a fantastic grasp of organic search and PPC. You will show a good working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs. Also a sound working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Shopping.
Your role will inevitably involve dealing directly with clients, discussing and developing strategy, costing and presenting.
They are a small business, roles do get blurred from time to time, so they may, ask you to increase your knowledge to cover other digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the head of digital marketing and directors to plan and execute digital marketing, SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns to clients against KPIs, ROAS and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and help to integrate digital marketing across our web teams.
Ability to analyse websites for technical SEO issues and opportunities and provide the appropriate prioritised recommendations.
Proactive approach to projects that are worked on by multiple departments.
Always be willingly available to help problem solve, support, communicate to all staff and generally go the extra mile
Quote works to clients directly or support directors and account handlers in providing quotes
Provide help in scoping out of projects, preparing and delivering proposals to win work.
Account handling duties
**Requirements**:
Proven working experience in PPC and SEO
Experience in selling digital marketing services to B2B clients desirable
High level communication and organisational skills are required for this role
Critical thinking skills are desirable
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads & Shopping campaigns
Demonstrable experience providing strategy and implementation across organic and paid channels
Experience in optimising on-page SEO
Solid working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Merchant Centre)
Working knowledge of Google My Business and Local SEO
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practises in online marketing and measurement
Experience with Google Tag Manager is desirable
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
