Saltus Partners was founded in 2004 and has grown organically and through a small number of carefully integrated acquisitions. Originally the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship.

Today Saltus manages and advises on over £3 billion of client assets, acquired through a combination of organic business growth and corporate acquisitions.

**Role and responsibilities**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Always delivering excellent customer service
- Put yourself in the customers shoes, suggest ways where we can improve
- Build excellent relationships with our customers - internal and external
- Complete work to a high level of accuracy
- Create investment proposals for new clients, withdrawals, new money and other processes
- Effectively self-manage your work, with mínimal oversight
- Actively seek ways to improve quality and efficiency our working practices and processes
- Embed our error/root cause analysis ethos into your daily routine
- Documenting and enhancing procedures
- Assisting in projects
- 2+ years in a Financial Services environment
- An excellent communicator who is also down to earth and can work well in a team
- Super organised and resilient
- Curiosity for solving process problems
- A ‘growth mindset’, i.e. an appetite for testing yourself and using past mistakes as a springboard to keep improving
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously
- The ability to form successful professional relationships both internally and externally

**Where will I be working?**

We’re flexible about where you’re based, but a willingness to spend at least two days in a Saltus office will be required. We don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for_._ We are passionate about championing flexible working for our people, so if there’s a slightly different working pattern that you’re looking for, then please come and have a chat to us about it

The salary is £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, alongside 28 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension, alongside access to our flexible benefits platform. Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
