Administrator - Digital Marketing Industry

Our client, an award-winning company in Cirencester, is looking for a bright, switched on Administrator to support the MD and wider office in administration-based tasks on a full-time, permanent basis.

Prior office experience in this role is essential. Marketing or web development experience, however, is **NOT** a necessity. An interest in this industry would be advantageous, as there is lots of progression into these areas on offer at this dynamic, energetic company. Free parking also on offer.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide admin support to the MD and wider team.
- Assist with appointment and meeting scheduling.
- Keep company databases and files up to date and maintained.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other relevant financial documents.
- Create reports and presentations as needed.
- Help with scheduling and organizing travel arrangements.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Any other ad-hoc office and MD support duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior office/admin experience
- Interest in the digital marketing/web development industry
- Computer literate to include Microsoft and Google Systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Quick to pickup new systems (e.g Wordpress)

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
