Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the organization, events, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From £11.95 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
