Wilsons Carpets are looking for a **Mailroom Sample Clerk, Wath Upon Dearne, S63 7LG**

**Package**

Salary : £22,484.80 per annum (£10.81 per hour)

Full Time, Permanent Contract

40 hours per week Shift Pattern

Week 1 - Sunday to Thursday

Week 2 - Monday to Friday

Sunday is 06:00hrs to 14:30rs and Monday to Friday is 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs

**Key responsibilities**

Working within the Mailroom team, duties will include:

- Picking and packing sample orders in a safe and professional manner at all times.
- Taking responsibility to contribute to the fast-paced demands within what is a busy department, by working to keep up with the requests that come in from various customers.
- Identifying any sample shortages and maintaining sample stock levels to ensure we can maximise the number of orders that can be dispatched daily to meet customer demands.
- Ensuring that all samples picked are given the right level of care and attention to both get the orders correct first time and ensure the quality of the product shines through and aides our customers choices.
- Sharing any ideas to continually improve what we do and how we do it for the good of our customers and business.

- Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good level of numeracy & literacy
- Works well within a team
