**Division info**:
The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

**Summary of position**:
The role of Graduate Finance Business Partner will report to the UK Finance Manager and provide assistance to the finance department as well as the wider business.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Delivering process and financial control improvements across the business
- Month end processes such as journals, investigations, and variance analysis
- Support annual budget & forecast processes
- Providing financial information and KPIs to key stakeholders across operating sites
- Reviewing product margins and providing insight into cost variances with ongoing

investigations and support to program managers and the Deputy UK Controller
- Payroll and audit support to Finance manager
- Ad-hoc projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Looking to complete Accounting Qualifications CIMA
- Ability to drive change and deliver business improvements
- Robust and able to challenge the status quo
- Advanced excel skills, with excellent attention to detail, but able to see the big picture
- Proactive at raising issues and results orientated
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload
- Strong academic background
- High levels of drive and enthusiasm with a dynamic and proactive approach
- Can-do attitude
