**Mortgage Advisor -Newbury - Hybrid Working**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking an experienced suitably qualified **Mortgage Advisor**to join a very well established, Premiership status partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Newbury.

The firm recruiting are a well-established and super busy Mortgage and Protection advisory business with offices on the business park in Newbury RG14.

We are looking for an experienced CAS Broker whom is looking for a more lucrative seat although we would consider a standout Banking Mortgage Advisor transitioning to broking.

**The role offers their team a split of Home Working and Office based 50/50 - utopia**

The role is Mortgage only. Referrals for Protection are made to the in house team and you are rewarded on these introductions.

**The role is employed witha base salary of £27,500 plus a very generous comms structure with an OTE of £65,000 +**

**Prerequisitesare CAS existing Mortgage advisor ideally within broking although we will consider banking advisors transitioning into Mortgage Broking.**

**The role benefits from the full PRIMIS lender panel and 15 provider protection panel with no loading to premiums ensuring theverybest customer outcomes.**
