**Your day-to-day will include.**
- Loging information into the database and ensure records are updated accurately
- Expanding your knowledge of the video games industry and the roles and studios we work with
- Supporting with other tasks in line with company requirements

You will need to show us that you have
- A recent graduate or experience within a Customer Service or Sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build strong relationships
- Resilience and a willingness to learn and progress
- You should demonstrate our Core Values

You will receive ongoing support and coaching throughout your probation period whilst you learn the market and embed yourself into your new role.

The interview process will consist of CV screening, initial phone chat followed by a first and second stage face to face interviews with key people in our team.

To be successful in this role you may have experience in customer service, call centre, inbound sales, outbound sales or administration

**Salary**: £19,100.00-£22,000.00 per year
