Established in 1999, Water Treatment Products Ltd is one of the leading water treatment companies in the UK. We formulate, supply and manufacture specialty chemicals for a wide range of companies.

**MAIN PURPOSE**: To ensure the efficient and timely control of stock in accordance with company policy and procedures.

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Ensure incoming product is received and managed appropriately and in accordance with Company procedure.
- Monitor compliance by suppliers with agreed service standards and ensure that all goods have been inspected at delivery stage for quality, quantity, dimensions and specification.
- Liaise with Suppliers & Ordering to help ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any disparities in ordering process.
- Provisioning of WTP production runs from stock warehouse
- Projecting of bulk filling production for pre-filled stock
- Loading and offloading of vehicles/tankers
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Able to work effectively with computerised systems and software such as Excel, Word, Outlook and SAGE.
- Strong communication and team player complemented with a strong work ethic are required.
- SAGE 200 experience advantageous to the role, but training will be provided.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability.
- Fork Lift License, desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Confident in problem solving.
- Co-operate fully with the management in all matters of health and safety.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
