DUE TO OUR REMOTE LOCATION ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.

We are looking for experienced Receptionist, with a background in customer service and the ability to use a range of computer programs.

Your role will include booking treatments for the spa, assisting our retreat guests with their enquiries, checking customers in and out of the retreat, taking payments and generally acting as front of house delivering a high level of customer service. You will provide administration and general support to management. You will work on a rota and must be prepared for this to include work on evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Full Time receptionist required. Hours are on a shift basis Monday - Sunday.

Early Shift 7am-4pm
Mid Shift 9am-6pm
Late Shift 11.30-8.30pm

1-2 Late shifts required per week.
