Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager with block management experience.
They are located in Cheltenham Town Centre, managing blocks within the Gloucestershire area.
Ideally they are looking for someone with extensive experience within the residential management industry with knowledge of all aspects of day-to-day block management.
Key requirements:
- Execution of day-to-day operations of the developments within the assigned portfolios
- Financial Management including budgets, accounts, and client reports.
- Conducting regular site inspections, completion of site inspection reports and overseeing maintenance issues
- Attending and Chairing client directors and resident's meetings
- Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and overseeing major works projects
- Experience working within a close team
**Experience**:
- Excellent written and Verbal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Driving License
