The post will take responsibility for performance of some specialist library teams and community library venues along with admin and finance teams. The role will support efficient and effective budget planning, procurement and delivery of key library resources such as digital products, stock and collection management. Applicants should be familiar with the Welsh Public Library Sector, its legislative frameworks and will be directly involved in ensuring its local delivery and service response.
