We have a rare vacancy for a Lettings Negotiator in our **biggest lettings branch **within the company based in Sutton.

The team have done a fantastic job in growing the business in Sutton and on course to hit budget again this year. We want to continue on this growth curve so we are looking for a strong, driven individual who wants to jump on board with us to smash the rest of 2023 but more importantly 2024

If you are a strong individual that would be interested in joining the amazing Move South Team then please in touch with us. We are happy to consider people with or without industry experience as long as they have the passion and energy to make it happen

As a negotiator you will:

- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Generate new business leads
- Display excellent customer service at all times

In return we offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £22,000 - £25,000per annum
- Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
- 3 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota
- Pension Scheme
- Career Progression

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
