**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maximising the effectiveness of content marketing channels such as social media, YouTube and the website to generate new business and brand awareness
- Copywriting across all channels (including website, blogs and social)
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and products
- Tracking and analysis of results from campaigns to identify potential opportunities for improvements
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaigns whilst providing feedback to Brand & Marketing Manager
- Keeping up to date with industry updates, including new commercial opportunities from partners and social channels and presenting opportunities to Brand & Marketing Manager
- Working alongside delivery and partnerships to promote best practice for creative assets across channels
- Helping to construct insight presentations through the analysis of campaign data, and delivery of graphs and tables
- Identifying key channels for our audience to engage with them where it matters
- Creating innovative visual content (video, graphics, print) for a variety of platforms
- Organising Livestreams on social media platforms and YouTube
- Be ahead of the game by highlighting trending topics and responding to them
- Working with Partnerships and external Partners to deliver collaborative campaigns
- Feeding back to internal teams to highlight customer pain points, insights and opportunities for new products
- Become an expert in our field to make sure customers get the right information when they need it

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience of marketing a B2B service / financial service / in the ecommerce industry
- Professional experience using the full Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Robust experience in copywriting for a professional service
- Experience in reporting and presenting campaign performance to key stakeholders
- Proficient in creating visual content to the highest standard
- Experience in running multiple social media accounts to grow audiences and engagement
- Experienced in organising and running self-initiated projects
- Experienced in researching trending topics and pitching new content ideas or formats
