**Job Purpose**
- Complete cleaning tasks to agreed schedule and provide cover during

periods of Annual leave/Absence.
- Carry out varying maintenance tasks around site. Indoors/Outdoors

reducing reliance on external Contractors

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Carry out scheduled cleaning in designated areas.
- Assist with waste handling & recycling.
- Complete planned and unscheduled repairs/maintenance.
- Provide cover in all Janitorial roles for Leave/Absences.
- Carry out checks/inspections on light plant & water systems.

**Qualifications and skills**

Essential:

- Hands on / physical role.
- Working to schedules.
- Ability to complete checklists/inspections

Desirable:

- Basic Electrical/Mechanical competences.

**Job Type**: Permanent
