**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Join as **Chief of Staff**, one of our first employees, and take an active role in shaping the future of our venture. Work closely with our founders, acting as their right hand and sparring partner. Drive growth, formulate business strategies, oversee cross-functional projects, and support building our organization. Your role will be pivotal in our journey to scale and success.

**WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST MONTHS**
- ** Market Research and Business Plans**: Identify emerging trends and customer needs through thorough market research, driving revenue growth and market expansion with well-crafted business strategies.
- ** Client Outreach and Negotiations**: Promote our technology and services to potential clients and strategic partners, lead negotiations and contract discussions.
- ** Partnerships and Networking**: Explore collaboration opportunities with biotech companies, research institutions, and cellular agriculture organizations. Represent Bright Biotech at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events.
- ** Internal Development and Team Support**:Collaborate with leadership to optimize internal processes, streamline communication and build a successful team.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT AT THIS JOB**
- ** Advanced Degree**: Preferably a Master's or MBA, providing the expertise needed for success.
- ** Industry Experience**: Minimum 2 years working within one of the following functions preferred: Top Tier Consultancy, VC-funded startups & scale-up (Biotech - Pharma or cellular agriculture preferred)
- **In-depth Knowledge**: Understand biotech and cultivated meat landscape, market dynamics, and regulations.
- ** Strategic Partnerships**:Proven track record of establishing successful strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: Strong problem-solving skills, making data-driven decisions for our venture's benefit.
