A highly successful, financially secure, niche consultancy that has grown consistently and successfully over the past 19 years. Turnover of over half a million pounds with a healthy six figure profit year on year. Due to our continued growth, we need another senior HR advisor to meet the needs of our clients.

Our clients are mainly small organisations with fewer than 50 employees. We work with over 280 of them on retained contracts as their outsourced HR department, advising at managing director level, and giving them commercial employment law advice to solve their ER issues.

Senior HR Advisor - Our Offer:
£35,000 - £55,000 annual salary, pro rata, depending on experience and knowledge

Senior HR Advisor - About the Role:
Were recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor with expertise and interest in Employment Law / Employee Relations to join our small and happy team, advising and supporting our clients in all aspects of UK employment law. This role doesnt include any recruitment services for our clients.

Were looking for someone whos a natural problem solver, with experience finding creative solutions to challenges and issues.

No need for expertise in all areas of employment law training will be given and Continuous Professional Development is strongly supported (financially and during working hours).

Senior HR Advisor - About You:
Good knowledge of employment law (particularly statutory entitlements)

Experience of managing a strong employee relations case load

Able to grasp new information quickly and provide excellent customer service

Comfortable on the phone and virtual meetings and competent in MS Office (especially Word and Outlook), as well as using the internet

Excellent attention to detail

No CIPD qualification necessary.
