About the job
Strategic contribution
- Work with Performance Leader and Business Unit to drive action on areas of strategic focus for LVP SP
- Act as a key member of the Business Unit team to implement the strategic priorities and programs
- Deliver training for all aspects of performance requirements, process control and continuous improvement across Business Unit
Functional Leadership
- Support for improving efficiency through reduction in losses of downtime and powder/packaging
- Support and coach the Continuous improvement journey throughout the Business Unit
- Support shift managers to deliver a sustainable training program and in ownership of Training Matrices
- Support implementation of DaMaWay in the business unit including Performance Driving System, We own our area, 5 Why, PSG, SMED.
- Delivery of practical process-based training including: Zaptic, Manual Handling, LOTO training
People and Teams
- Support plant development requirements through competency-based assessments and compliance training.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver training and assessment program
- Support, challenge and coach all team members with respect to all aspects of the Business Unit
- Act as a coach as a first point of contact for a Danoner looking for advice on DAMAWAY, LOTO, Manual Handling and Assessing
Performance
- Support Performance Leader and Management Team in delivery of SQCDME KPI’s
- Support and assist the deployment of digital transformation solutions
- Assist in SOP updates, ensuring documentation consistency across Business Units
About you
We have a fantastic opportunity for A Performance Coach to join us on a permanent contract to join us in our Liverpool plant.
This role is critical to ensuring best practice is followed and consistently implemented through coaching, supporting, training and assessing.
Willingness to lead/support cross-functional project teams. Although this role is Business Unit focussed, there will be times when support is required from other departments at the Liverpool SP.
The role sits alongside the BU Performance Coach for the other business unit (Packing).It is critical that this relationship maintains close working and collaboration between the Packing & Manufacturing Business Units in order to drive competency based training, assessments and standards of both areas.
In return you will receive a competitive salary (£36,000 - £39,000) depending upon experience + bonus.
