Fast Track is a busy sameday Courier company and due to growth & internal promotion we are looking for an enthusiastic person to support & work with our existing team of controllers. No experience necessary, as training will be provided.
**Main Responsibilities**
Taking bookings accurately & entering them into our system
Dealing with queries from customers & drivers
Being proactive and keeping all staff & customers informed of any issues or delays
Monitoring jobs from start to finish
**Key Skills**
Strong communication skills, with good confident telephone manner
Computer literate
Good attention to detail
Highly organised
Team player
Motivated
Good punctuality & attendance
This is a Full-time position Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00.
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
