In this team you will lead on the configuration and maintenance of our core People system, Workday as well as help maintain our other people systems. In this role you will develop and maintain system and process documentation and help produce management informationto assist the business in increasing efficiency and productivity.
Experience in maintaining cloud systems, knowledge of Workday and IT experience is advantageous but if you have strong baseline skills and a keen desire to learn, the supportive HRIS team will invest in your development.
We're flexible on location, this can be based fully remote at home or in any of our offices in Bexhill, Leicester or London - Cannon Street.
**About the role**:
The HRIS team is a small and key team within the HR function. Our aim is to provide a smooth automated people process, enhancing the experience of colleagues while delivering accurate and insightful information to the business.
As a People Systems Analyst, you will provide support for Workday as well as our other people systems. We balance our day-to-day priorities with project work which will require liaising with users, leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure quality, consistencyand efficiency in our HR and Payroll processes as well as MI reporting.
Our primary people system, Workday, allows Colleagues and Leaders to record personal information about themselves and their team, with confidence that their data is correct and safe.

**Responsibilities**:

- To become the principal Workday configurator on new modules and features.
- Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users and business process events.
- Partner with and support key internal stakeholders in understanding and exploring technology features and feasibilities.
- Build strong internal and external networks, understand industry trends and upcoming opportunities.
- Lead the technology components of projects/integrations through execution of unit testing and data loads. Ensure project deliverables are fully met through solid system/solution design.
- Maintain employee engagement, drive adoption and utilisation.
- Prepare for, execute and support twice-annual releases, proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
- Perform system configuration, manage and execute system administration activities, ensure strong documentation and communications are in place.
- Maintain robust change management documentation to satisfy internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.
- Ensure data privacy requirements are upheld through strong user access management protocols, security design, and operations.
- Support Systems and Reporting Manager in the delivery of systems road-map activities
