The role will involve you:

- Working with our kids aged between 10-18, who require support and safeguarding.
- Completing paperwork relating to evidencing the journey of our kids through their time with us
- Being enthusiastic, committed and passionate in ensuring our kids develop the skills and tools necessary to move on from our care
- Being caring, resilient and flexible to meet the needs of our kids. This will include working shifts and sleep ins, with full and part time hours available
- Having a can do attitude, someone committed to helping others. Empathy is a big part of what we do
- Studying for a NVQ level 3 Diploma (if not already qualified)

Our starting hourly rate for unqualified residential support workers is £11.50 per hour, rising to £12.50 per hour once qualified. We continually review our hourly rates, so as the company grows, we will look again to increase the hourly rate.
