**Responsibilities**:
Assist our Marketing Manager 1-2 days per week to prepare Marketing for our busy schoolwear department.
Job will include but are not resticted to
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and advertising programs.
- Write press releases.
- Updates on Social Media, posting, engaging and using paid for Ad's
When Marketing is scheduled we require the person to help out in general office tasks
- Provide administrative support to the office manager.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Answer, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Distribute general office supplies to staff.
- Data Entry of Orders
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of office charts, graphs, and databases.
- Be prepared to be a substitute for other office workers.
This is a very varied roll and due to our business expanding rapidly, new doors are always opening.
Hours are generally 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and 8am-4pm on a Friday, however this is not a full time position, it would just be part time. We will be flexible about what hours, but it must be the same each week.
We will have extra hours within the factory, this could be packing orders or quality control.
The position will be available from May-September during our busy months. If this does work out the correct person may be kept on in a part time position, so it would be ideal for a student.

Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 39 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
