**-Trainee Street works Coordinator.**

**Duties of the Streetworks Coordinator**:

- Raising permits, liaising with the local councils and Highways authority where required.
- Monitoring the permits daily, Stops/Starts, Rejections, modification requests and registrations.
- Liaising with the Senior Co-ordinator and Project managers to ensure works are completed updated and targets are hit.
- Validate the Gangs work, ensuring these are completed to a high standard. Ensuring all correct photos are obtained.
- Coordinating blockage removal, Traffic management and polling companies to ensure works are completed to assist with the overall build.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed, systems are updated in accordance with the client’s requirements.
- Liaising with the teams - ensuring they have all the correct information to progress their works.
- Ensure paperwork for completed works is completed and sent over ready for invoicing.

**What we are looking for**:

- Great communication skills.
- Competent using IT - (Excel, Word)
- Someone with high attention to detail.
- Desire to learn.
- Previous knowledge of Streetworks/Planning is desirable but not a must.
- A fantastic work ethic and great working attitude.
