Creating user experiences across our websites and native apps that will delight our customers.

As a Product Designer, you will be the advocate for user centricity across our cross-functional product teams, using quantitative data (the “what”) and qualitative data (the “why”) to guide UX design.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to develop the interaction design of our consumer-facing digital products.
- Using your knowledge and experience of research methods and techniques to conduct user research to help inform design thinking.
- Designing wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and native apps (iOS and Android).
- Facilitating regular feedback sessions with Product teams and key stakeholders both within and outside of the business.

About you:
You will be obsessed with creating easy-to-use digital experiences that delight our customers. You will be both a creative thinker and an analytical thinker, and you will understand the close relationship between how users behave on digital products and why they behave that way.

You will also have a keen eye for visual and interaction details, honed from prior experience of designing interactions for e-commerce and/or SaaS products.

You will be passionate about understanding our customers, will empathise with their needs and motivations and will strive to create experiences that solve problems for our customers, whilst helping our business achieve its strategic objectives.

We are a private equity backed, for profit B-Corp accredited company, so a commercial approach to your role is a necessity.

There are a few other specific things we need for this role:

- Strong working knowledge of UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Zeplin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach to design and research, whilst maintaining a self-starting attitude.
- Experience designing e-commerce products and/or native mobile apps is desirable.
