**About my client**

My client is a leading recruitment company that recruit into the Industrial/manufacturing sector as well as others, they are expanding and our seeking strong 360 recruiters from any sector ie Engineering, Construction, Perms to join them.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:

- Build and nurture long term relationships with your clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify suitable opportunities for temporary staff as well as permanent placements
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialist sector temps or perms
- Proactively engage with potential clients, presenting their recruitment services and value proposition.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and strengthen existing partnerships with clients and accounts to their full potential
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.

**Market Research and Industry Trends**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and challenges within a sector where you have had proven success.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in my clients recruitment database.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators and contribute to team meetings.

**You should have**:

- A minimum of 18 months’ experience within your specialist recruitment sector
- Experience of running a perms or temps desk
- A proven track record of meeting financial and activity targets.
- Outstanding administrative and organisational skills, with a knack for prioritising workloads.
- Superb IT skills, including familiarity with CRM, ATS, or similar tools.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Education**:
