Buyer

We are looking to recruit a Buyer to join our Commercial team based in our Wishaw Office reporting to the Company Director.

A Relevant HND or HNC qualification is desirable or by experience procurement in the Construction industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prioritise and manage site requisitions
- Process orders from site requisitions
- Filing and despatching copy orders to relevant sites
- Filing of site requisitions after processing
- Deal with general enquiries from Site Managers
- Telephone calls to/from suppliers
- Tendering to various suppliers for quotations
- Updating prices on buying system on regular basis
- Carry out accruals on a monthly basis
- Deal with invoice and order queries

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (preferred)
- Buying: 10 years (required)
