**Company Profile**
A small but successful injection mould tool making company based in Essex who specialisein the design & manufacturing of mould tools for various industry sectors including Aerospace & Automotive, are looking for a skilled Toolmaker to join their team of other highly skilled and friendly engineers.

**Job Profile**

**Duties**:

- Manufacture new injection mould tools from technical drawings and 3D cad data to a high level of workmanship in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Operating conventional mills, lathes, surface and cylindrical grinders, spark and wire erosion machines, fitting, and welding.
- CNC milling experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Reading technical drawings and machining mould tool components, jigs, and fixtures.
- Repairing and improving mould tools.
- CNC Fanuc experience

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Must be confident using all manual workshop machinery including Lathes, Mills and Grinding machines.
- Experience with Injection Mould Toolmaking is essential.

**Hours**:

- 40 hrs per week
