A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Engineer who is keen to learn and progress in the service, repair and installation of industrial doors and loading bay equipment. You will work alongside senior experienced engineers whilst learning on the job with the addition of hands on professional, certified, door training with HSE recognised trainers based in Hemel Hempstead.

**About the role
**As a Junior Engineer you will assist with:

- The service, repair and installation of all types of industrial doors from sectional doors to roller shutters, high speed doors to barriers.
- The service, repair and installation of loading bay equipment, from dock levellers, dock guides, traffic lights, dock shelters and bumpers

**About you
**To be successful for the role of Junior Engineer, you must have / be:

- Excellent time keeping
- Ability to work on own initiative

- Energetic & enthusiastic
- Good Listening skills
- Customer focus
- Able to commit to a personal development program
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at height
- Adherence to health and safety legislation
- Hands on technical aptitude
- Full driving licence

**About the rewards
**For the role of Junior Engineer the package includes:

- A starting salary of £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Potential OTE of £35,000 pa
- Salary rising to £48,000 pa as a Senior Engineer
- Company pension scheme entitlement
- 29 days paid holiday
- Healthcare in the form of the company’s physio is also provided
