Pool Attendant

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our great team as a Pool Attendant and work along the Housekeeping Department as a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our pool facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality environment and has a passion for providing excellent guest services.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests to the pool area
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety
- Perform routine checks of pool equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment setup.
- Provide towels, water, and other amenities to guests as needed
- Assist with setting up and organizing pool furniture and equipment
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about pool facilities and services
- Maintain accurate records of pool usage and guest interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of pool safety procedures is a plus.
- All trainings will be provided including Life Guard, First Aid, H&S and Cleaning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
