**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**

The successful Data / Senior Analyst responsibilities will include:

- You will be part of a team working to understand what the client needs are, who they are targeting, what they want out of the campaign, and what their goals are
- As an analyst, you will be involved in analysing who the audience is, who they have targeted, what the interaction was, what was successful, what wasn't, and what else could they do next?
- You will also work closely with a client to help on other analytical pieces, so for example helping them to understand who their VIP customers might be, or you may be given a huge amount of transactional data and be asked to analyse that and identify trends
- You will have the opportunity to pitch or present analysis, working as part of a team to do so
- Working with clients are mostly retailers, as well as fintech's and fast-food chains

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Data / Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience in the digital space, advertising, marketing, CRM data
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, telling a story through data and sharing actionable insight
- Experience working in an agency or consultancy background
- Strong SQL knowledge
- A data visualisation tool such as Tableau

**THE BENEFITS**

The successful Data / Senior Analyst will receive a salary between £35,000 - £65,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
