**Salary**: £40,000 - £42,000 Basic + Paid Overtime
We are working with a lovely venue company based in Central London looking for a Sous Chef to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer The role covers all areas of Events and Production. We can offer a basic salary of £40,000- £42,000. Your contractedhours will be 40 hours and this is working 5/7 days so flexibility will be required.
Sous Chefs with high end event experience will be considered for this role. You must have previous experience in Event, Conferencing or Banqueting. A proven demonstration of leading teams on events will also be preferred to show you can manage and lead chefson busy events
Core business will be Lunches, Canape Events, Bowl Food Function and and buffets, The largest function you will generally cater for is around 200 and then anything from 10 - 200 on a daily basis. There will be some very large events throughout the year to manageas well.
