Health & Safety Manager - Maternity Leave

To drive the Health & Safety culture on site in line with current legislation and Sofina policies.

- Support the organisation in maintaining a safe workplace according to legal and regulatory standards
- Fostering and further developing our culture of pride in safety and personal ownership.
- Support the development, implementation and adherence to EH&S policies, procedures and programmes across the site
- Responsible for the completion and regular review of risk assessments and implementation of findings where appropriate
- Degree level or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety
- A minimum of 1 years experience working in an Health & safety role
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in a face paced environment would be an advantage
Driving a Health & Safety culture across the site.
